The company runs multiple carousel molding lines to produce medium to larger production quantities. The multiple lines provide depth in manufacturing that provides flexibility. This flexibility provides dependability for our customers.
Additional production on manual lines is limited to small and misc requirements. This is added flexibility for customer convenience to support items such as small “rigid foam” parts, etc.
We utilize multiple types of tools including Epoxy, Machined Aluminum, and Cast Aluminum. Most tools are easily transferable and adaptable into our manufacturing process with ease and (typically) no cost.
Lead times are responsive, and manufacturing throughput depends on the tooling configuration. Warehousing is available for hold and release programs.
Internal quality processes for calibration and specification compliance are in place to meet customer requirements.
